الحساب وتسجيل الدخول
لم يصل رمز البريد أو SMS؟
تأكد من كتابة البريد أو الرقم مع مفتاح الدولة، وافحص الرسائل غير المرغوبة. انتظر دقيقة قبل إعادة الطلب. رمز البريد مكوّن من 6 أرقام ولا يجب مشاركته مع أي شخص. قد لا يكون SMS مفعّلًا في مرحلة الإطلاق الأولى.
تعديل بياناتي
افتح الحساب ← تعديل البيانات. سيظهر لك رقم طلب، وتبقى بياناتك الحالية كما هي إلى أن توافق الإدارة على التعديل.
أريد حذف حسابي
افتح الحساب ← تعديل البيانات ← حذف حسابي. ستحتاج تسجيل الدخول والتأكيد النهائي.
Account help
Check your email spam folder or country dialing code. Email codes contain 6 digits and must never be shared. Wait one minute before requesting another code. To update your profile, open Account → Edit profile; changes remain pending until admin approval. To delete your account, open Account → Edit profile → Delete my account.
الإعلانات والصور
بعد الإرسال يظهر الإعلان بحالة «قيد المراجعة» حتى يوافق المدير. استخدم صور JPG أو PNG أو WebP واضحة وبحجم معقول. اكتب الحالة والعيوب والسعر بوضوح لتسريع المراجعة.
Listings
Submitted listings remain pending until moderation. Use clear JPG, PNG, or WebP images and accurately describe condition, faults, and price.
الإبلاغ عن احتيال أو محتوى خطر
لا تحوّل أموالًا إضافية. احتفظ بالمحادثة ورابط الإعلان وأي إيصال، ثم أرسلها للدعم. إذا وقع ضرر أو تهديد، تواصل فورًا مع الجهات الرسمية في بلدك.
للإبلاغ عن معلومة غير دقيقة أو اقتراح غير آمن من المساعد، استخدم زر «الإبلاغ عن هذا الرد» أسفل الرد نفسه حتى يصل السؤال والرد مباشرة إلى الإدارة.
Report fraud or an assistant answer
Stop payments, preserve messages, the listing link, and receipts, and contact support. Contact local authorities immediately for loss, threats, or safety risks. Use “Report this answer” under an assistant response to send it directly for quality review.
